Getting started is easy! Simply fill out the registration form on our website, and you’ll find your purchased sessions in your Lingomelo account. Our tutoring sessions are conducted online through one-on-one video lessons hosted directly on the Lingomelo platform. This allows you to learn from the comfort of your home, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate your availability.
Each tutoring session lasts for 60 minutes.
All necessary learning materials will be provided by your tutor. Depending on the language and your learning goals, this may include textbooks, online resources, practice exercises, and more. You just need a stable internet connection and a device to participate in the online sessions. All resources and files will be stored in your Lingomelo account.
Our tutoring fees vary based on the number of classes that you decide to subscribe for. For detailed pricing information, please visit the Pricing page for the service you wish to take.
Lingomelo Tutoring is focused on personalized learning, so each session is one-on-one with your tutor. This ensures that you receive individualized attention and can progress at your own pace.
You are eligible for a full refund of any unused lessons, provided you request it within 14 days of purchase. After this 14-day period, refunds will no longer be available, and the remaining classes must be used before the expiration date of the tutoring plan, which is six months after the purchase date.
No, changes between Tutoring packages are not allowed. Once you have completed all the classes in your current Tutoring plan, you may purchase a new plan.
If you cancel your class at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time, you will retain the right to book the same class again. However, if you cancel later than 24 hours before the class, do not participate, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the class will be considered used up and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
We understand that circumstances change. Once you have purchased a Tutoring package, you can cancel it within 14 days after the purchase. Any unused classes will be refunded if cancelled within that period. Each plan's classes are valid for six months from the date of purchase, during which time class attendance can be paused. After this period, any unused classes will expire. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details on any applicable terms and conditions.
