Refund Policy

We don't offer refunds for annual memberships after 14 days of the charge.

We don't offer refunds for monthly memberships.

Try the LingoMelo courses for yourself for 14 days using the trial and enjoy the power of today's most valued based courses.

If you choose not to use the membership for the whole term, you are not entitled to a refund of money paid for the subscription; however, if LingoMelo is unable to provide the service purchased, we will refund the remainder of the subscription from the date of the refund request.

If you are a customer in the EU, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day after the receipt of the course materials.

We don’t offer refunds for the purchased Tutoring classes. The classes in the purchased Tutoring plan can be used
until they expire.

We don’t offer cancellations of the Tutoring plans.

The classes in the purchased Tutoring plan can be used within 12 months after the purchase. During that period the
class attendance can be paused until the expiration date.
