Cancellation and Refund Policy

By continuing to use this website and the provided services, you confirm that you have accepted the Lingomelo Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.


Clients are eligible for a full refund of any unused lessons, provided they request it within 14 days of purchase. After this 14-day period, refunds will no longer be available, and the remaining classes must be used before the expiration date of the tutoring plan.


The classes in the purchased Tutoring plan can be used within 6 (six) months after the purchase. During that period the class attendance can be paused until the expiration date.


If you cancel at least 24 (twenty four) hours before the scheduled start of the class, you will retain the right to book the same class again. If you cancel later than 24 (twenty four) hours before the scheduled start of the class or if you do not participate in the class in part or in full, the respective class will be considered used up and cannot be refunded.


If the Student arrives more than 15 (fifteen) minutes after the start of a scheduled class, the Tutor is entitled to close the class session. In this case, the class will be used up and will not be refunded.
No changes between Tutoring packages can be made. Once the classes in the purchased Tutoring plan have been completed, the next Tutoring plan can be bought.


All individuals are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. This includes using appropriate language, tone, and gestures during tutoring sessions, in emails, and in any other forms of communication. Discriminatory, offensive, or inappropriate comments, jokes, or gestures based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated. If this policy is violated, all subsequent classes will be cancelled.


Lingomelo can cancel a scheduled class at any time before the scheduled start time without giving reasons, especially in case of illness of the language teacher. In this case, the same class can be scheduled again.

Courses Refund

If, within the first 14 days after you have purchased your subscription plan, you become dissatisfied, Lingomelo will refund the full amount of your subscription, and subsequently terminate your subscription plan and additionally remove access to any courses and benefits you may have accessed under the subscription plan.

Refunds will not be available if requested after this 14-day period, although you may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription plan, you will continue to have access to the subscription services until the end of your current subscription period.

While your subscription will not be renewed, we will not refund any subscription fees previously paid to us.
